Philip A. Weylie was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and raised in the Tampa Bay area, where he currently resides. For over a decade, he has been dedicated to representing Florida residents who have suffered harm due to the negligence of others.

Throughout his legal career, Philip has earned a reputation as a tenacious advocate known for his strategic insight and effectiveness in the courtroom. He has consistently fought for ordinary people, striving to achieve justice even in the most challenging cases. With extensive experience in personal injury law, Philip is committed to holding negligent parties accountable and providing a trusted voice for those who have been seriously injured.

In addition to his personal injury practice, Philip has a deep understanding of the U.S. immigration system, having helped many foreign nationals obtain U.S. Residency and Citizenship. As an immigrant himself, Philip leverages his firsthand knowledge to guide clients through the complexities of immigration law. His practice also extends to Probate Law and Real Estate Law.

Philip earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Stetson University College of Law in 2012, where he also obtained his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Stetson University College of Business. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Eckerd College, graduating in 2008. Throughout his career, Philip has been an ardent supporter of veterans’ organizations through volunteering, donations, and sponsorship. He is also a former partner at Veterans Memorial Title.

Philip is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and in the Middle District of Florida Federal Courts.

In his personal life, Philip enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Gina, and their family. As a former competitive athlete, Philip has played sports most of his life. He attended Eckerd College on a full baseball and academic scholarship, after being named Pinellas County Baseball Player of the Year and 1st Team All State by the St. Petersburg Times (now Tampa Bay Times) in 2004. Unfortunately those days are now behind him but he still tries to remain as active as possible.
